Overall I’d say it was pretty disappointing. The good points were: 1. We had a great pitch. It was in a great location (on the lagoon) and was a great size 2. Food trucks came into the park, which was awesome 3. The pool and splash parks were great for the kids 4. The bird wildlife was fantastic and the kids LOVED feeding them The not so good points: 1. The customer service was pretty poor and it genuinely seemed like customers were an inconvenience to them 2. The toilet and shower facilities were disgraceful, they really need cleaned more and a modern makeover would go a Lo g way too - see photo of a shower cubicle! 3. Although there is a kiosk, prices are ridiculous ($6 for 1 litre of water!) and the opening hours weren’t great 4. The pitch was crazy priced at $200 for powered tent site! Sorry Ingenia, but I won’t be rushing back or raving about it to friends

Staff were mid. They told us check in was from 2pm we arrived at 2:45pm and they told us we had to wait close to an hour. But what was worse was they made it seem that’s standard and that’s what’s expected. “The info says from 2pm” the lady said. Fam “from” doesn’t mean it could be anytime after 2pm. It implies that at 2pm it is ready and anytime after that we can check in. We drove 3.5 hours with many young children which made it difficult. Rooms were kinda nasty 🤢 There was an old shirt left on my bed when we arrived (assuming it’s from the previous guests). I really hope y’all clean the beds. On a good note the water park is fun, and the tennis courts are nice. I understand we came at a busy period of the year, but for how much we paid pp I feel you’d expect a bit of a higher standard.

Very poor communication - phone calls were never answered and staff never returned voicemail messages. Not all amenities were open due to the “off season.” I understand why this may be the case but this was not communicated to us until after booking was paid. Amenities like bathroom and laundry were in poor condition. Washing machines and dryers $$$ and did not work properly. Cabin was also in a dirty condition when we arrived.

The stuff was very resist towards me and my family drunk people were everywhere the manager tried taking of my friends scarf the rooms were so dirty cockroaches and flies were everywhere. The pillowcase smelled disgusting. The bathroom looks like it has not been cleaned before our arrival very racist people and definitely do not recommend for no one to go there if you’re looking forward to have a good time with your family.

Our family and extended family visit annually for the holidays together. Can't recommend it enough! There are wonderful children's activities, splash zone, pool and games room to keep them occupied, even after a fun filled day of boating, jet skiing and tubing.
